Living with anxiety and depression while remaining stubbornly optimistic, Matthew Graham Silver uses song, humor, and storytelling to think out loud about joy—how it shows up, how it disappears, and why we keep chasing it anyway. Sharing half-baked philosophies and the occasional bit of wisdom, this may be the happiest show about depression you’ll find outside of an outpatient clinic.

There are no prescriptions or self-help slogans here—just a candid, funny, and heartfelt conversation, told with music and a genuine desire to connect. A night of songs and stories about trying, failing, laughing, and choosing joy when you can.
